We collect data only through contact forms on our website:

  • Contact form: name, phone or email, message (optional).
  • Cost calculator: name, phone or email, message, plus selected project parameters (site type, platform, number of pages, additional services, timeline). This data helps us prepare an accurate proposal.

We do not collect payment data, passwords, or other sensitive information.

3. Purpose of Collection

Data is collected solely to:

  • Contact you regarding your request or project.
  • Prepare a commercial proposal.
  • Maintain a client database for order management.

4. Where Data Is Stored

All inquiries are stored in the website admin panel (Payload CMS) on a secured server. Only authorized ABECT staff have access.

5. Retention Period

We store your data for an indefinite period — as long as our manager considers it relevant for business operations. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@abect.com.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. However, when an inquiry is submitted, we send a notification to a private ABECT Telegram channel. This message includes your name, contact, and request summary — solely for quick response by our managers.

Telegram is a third-party service (Telegram Privacy Policy). The message goes to a private channel not publicly accessible.

7. Cookies & Analytics

We use the following analytics tools:

  • Microsoft Clarity — records sessions and heatmaps to improve usability. Does not contain personally identifying information. Microsoft Privacy Statement.
  • Google Analytics — collects anonymized visit statistics (pages, time on site, traffic sources). Google Privacy Policy.

You may decline analytics cookies via the banner on the site. Technically necessary cookies (session, locale) do not require consent.
